Your feedback will help us improve our service and will support continual improvement in our delivery of accessible and inclusive customer service. The AODA Customer Service Feedback Form, can be filled out online, or over the phone with the assistance of one of our employees. The print version is available from our office. Responses to feedback will be addressed within ten (10) working days, if contact information is provided.
